Diamond FX Eye Shadow is made using highly micronized pigments that provides a professional grade, durable coverage by blending in evenly. Diamond Eye Shadow can be applied dry for a subtler and semi transparent effect or wet with a damp brush for more intense and dramatic accents. For a longer lasting coverage when applying dry, slightly powder the eyelid before applying.
