HOW TO USE

• Mixing: Mix 2 oz. of Clairol Professional Liquicolor Permanente with 2 oz. of Clairol Professional Developer.
• For High-Lift Blonde Shades: mix 2 oz. of Clairol Professional Liquicolor with 4 oz. 40 Volume Clairol Professional Developer.
