Sophisticated and alluring, Asian Pear is a smooth, less sweet, and much more fragrant version than the more typical European pears we are used to eating in the United States.

We chose the Asian pear as our target because we thought it eminently more wearable than European Pears, enhanced with naturally occurring notes of nutmeg and cinnamon.

Most Asian pears look remarkably like apples. Not only do they look like apples, they have the crunchiness of an apple. They also do not take on the grainy texture we think of as a normal pear. Instead Asian Pears stay smooth inside.
